Words from the Kindly Void

I will speak to you and you to me yet one we are and will always be.

Come to me now naked and unarmed.

Come to me now in supplication and surrender.

Long have you wandered the corridors of thought. When did you lose the golden thread? Retracing steps forever new; forever wrenching up the dark.

Is she with you?

Yes, always, but perhaps not in the way you thought. Yes, too long within the labyrinth this battle without end. When will you grasp you must be devoured? That the losing is the winning is the end. When will you grasp your beast is but a shadow? Your mind drowns out the knowing—yet you do know. Here and there, perhaps. Here and there.

It is a good start — though it is but the preface. Long have you wandered and long will you continue to.

Each day you surf the shifting sands of your resolve. Will you continue your swim upstream, little fish? Hoarding words like kings of old, for in them is power and power fills you to overflowing. Oh, how I laugh watching you spool this effluence and tuck it carefully beneath your crown. They are not to be taken lightly these gifts, this power, this essence; whatever you might call it.
