Thank you for sharing this experience. A lot of men don't realise the constant feeling of threat women experience, and articles like yours help to raise more awareness. Which ever way you spin it, the actions of M. were definitely assault, and it doesn't help that this kind of behaviour was normalised by movies in the 50s and 60s. (i. e., James Bond).
